My name is Kelsee. I was given this name when I was four years old by my adoptive mother. As an infant, I was abandoned and found by a police station. With no where to go, I was taken to a local orphanage where others like me were raced and hopefully adopted. In the orphanage, I was given a name and assigned a day of birth. Soon after, I was placed on a list with hundreds of other awaiting adoptees. At the age a four I was introduced to my future mother and grandmother. Once I reached the US, I assimilated quickly to my new life.
In this blog, I am going to focus on my story of adoption. I will try to explain how it has effected me in the past, how it is effecting me now, and what I expect for the future.
